1. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Site for lawful business purposes — viewing product information, contacting us about machinery, services, and parts. You may not scrape, mirror, resell, frame, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Site, nor use it in any manner that violates Malaysian law or interferes with its operation.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, layout, graphics, photographs, illustrations, code, and the LTH name and logo — is the property of LTH Machinery Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors, and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LFK, Delem, ESTUN, Makita, Bosch, Siemens, Fanuc, ABB and other third-party names, logos and product designations are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on the Site for identification purposes only; reference to them does not imply endorsement.

3. Product information and specifications

Product specifications, dimensions, capacities, controller options, photographs, and prices shown on the Site are for general reference only. Machine specifications, optional equipment, control packages, and pricing are subject to change without notice and may differ between production runs.

Photographs and renderings illustrate typical product configurations. Actual machines delivered may vary based on the configuration ordered and current factory specifications. Always confirm specifications in the signed sales contract and the manufacturer's official datasheet before purchase.

We do not warrant that information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Any binding offer or specification is only as set out in a written quotation or sales contract signed by an authorised representative of LTH Machinery Sdn. Bhd.

4. No professional advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute engineering, safety, compliance, or legal advice. Before purchasing or operating any machinery, consult qualified professionals and follow the manufacturer's installation, operating and safety instructions.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites — for example, manufacturer pages, datasheets, or our Facebook page. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

Warranties applicable to machines, parts, and services we sell are set out in the relevant sales contract and the manufacturer's warranty document — not on this Site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, LTH Machinery Sdn. Bhd. and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Site shall not exceed RM 100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTH Machinery Sdn. Bhd. from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of the page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia, and you submit to that jurisdiction.

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. A failure by us to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
